... allow the students to tap their infinite Learning Potential.

If anyone had "infinite learning potential" they could know all human knowledge, as it is a large but not infinite amount of information.
Are there any examples of humans who actually know everthing ?, all languages, all arts, all sciences, all cultures, all history, etc etc etc

... Students are dictated by conclusions

If the student has an alternative view to the orthodox view the scientific method (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientific_method) will determine who is nearer the truth.

... True Democratic Learning
http://www.sites.google.com/site/acceleratedlearning3/home

Scientific knowledge is not a democracy: evidence determines the validity of a hypothesis, not how many people believe in it.
(e.g. a most of humanity (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Demographics_of_atheism) incorrectly believe in the existence of supernatural beings / forces).

You did ask for opinions ...

Thank you so much for your comments!

I think you haven't really understood what my project is really about.

First and foremost, what i really mean by democratic learning is something in which all the participants perform equally well. Like it happens in all the classrooms around the world, only a small proportion of the students score most of the marks, and the rest of the students are struggling at their studies. A true democratic mean of learning would allow all the students to perform well at their studies. It does not have to do anything with science, or anything like that.

Second, students only gain knowledge at school. They are not taught about where and how to use that knowledge. The students may know a lot about the world, but they don't really know how to apply it. This is what I call dictated by conclusion.

And yes, we do have infinite learning potentials! we can learn anything about anything. According to a book "The brain that changes itself", it becomes clear that brain has an incredible capacity to learn, and to change itself as per the needs!
