Metoprolol Tartrate (BOC Sciences) is a cardioselective β-adrenergic receptor blocker with IC50 of 42 ng/mL. Does anybody have any idea about the side effects of it?

Beta blockers lower heart rate (bradycardia), cause low blood pressure (hypotension), can be linked to nightmares and can aggravate asthma. Idiosyncratic reactions can be pretty much anything.
