I just found this on YouTube - it's us from last month at the Cambridge Science Festival doing "Crisp Packet Fireworks". A wonderful record of happy times!

I just watched it. Brilliant fun ! Thanks Guys. Are the bubbles at the end solidified ? (ish)

Usually some of them are. It depends how much nitrogen you throw in, how hot the water was to start with, etc etc. But they're not generally really bubbles by that stage as the gas has some more expanding to do after the water freezes, so they burst.
