Popping candy or pop rocks is a strange sort of children's sweet which seems to explode inside your mouth we try to investigate what is going on.

Very cool thanks for the expo on how this works. I'm 40 ..and chemstry was never my strong point .. But as a child I loved this candy but never thought about the science behind it.
