Title: Can drugs prevent recurrance of hydatid cysts?

Dear Chris, one of my friends who had been hydatid cyst surgery previously, repeated after 2 years and will be operated on again tomorrow.

I wonder if there is a drug treatment to prevent recurrence of the disease?
