Title: How do physicists know the value of spin?
Post by: rome@lackmail.ru on 15/08/2016 07:27:50
(Sorry for my poor English.) How do they know that photons have spin 1, leptons 1/2, .... Is it a math trick? I mean, maybe it's necessary these values to combine the equations with the results (experimental observation and theoretical predictions of angular momentum, etc..).
