Recently I found a paper about new theory. It seems a kind of digital physics.
The paper is located at this link newbielink:http://figshare.com/articles/Nokton_theory/1549720

Is it a good candidate to be a theory of everything ?

You should really have posted this under New Theories section.
You can either repost there and delete this post, or ask a moderator to do it for you.
Excellent that you are posting your theory as a downloadable, it makes it much easier to read than multiple posts.
Thanks

Is not my theory. I ask for quality of content.

Ok, but it should still be in new theories.

I see this is rather complex. It will take me a while to digest it. However, the fact that a phenomenon can be simulated by computer may or may not indicate that the software accurately represents the underlying reality.

It's difficult to run a simulation, Because the algorithm has an exponentiel complexity (7
n.t
, when n number of noktons and t the simulation time).
