There really is a page for *everything* on the net, including how to care for your Bromeliad:

Care of Bromeliads (http://www.bromes.com/care.htm) ~ biggest mistake: overwatering!

I had once for ages in our bathroom. Light and always a big humid.
Watered it via plunge bath once a week and it kept for months  [;D]

Yes it could be a bush or a tree but I have not trimmed it for about three years and it has gotten huge and as you can see it is taking over.. I thought at first it may be a hedge type plant but when I trimed it way back several years ago it looked bad but then I left it alone because I thought I came close to killing it... But instead she thrives like me..... LOL big wild and crazy as a mad hatter!LOL.. What can I say.. the plant was made for me!

Yes it is an evergreen!

What is the difference between a shrub and a bush?

shrub

a woody plant smaller than a tree, usually having multiple permanent stems branching from or near the ground.

bush

1.   a low plant with many branches that arise from or near the ground.
2.   a small cluster of shrubs appearing as a single plant

HUMMM well I want to say that it used to be a single trunk not big with lots of  branches but as I said I cut it wayyyyyyy back and almost killed it and not it is as you see it and I can no longer get to the underside to see if it has multiple branches coming from the trunk!

I must get the nippers and see! LOL.. It is too rainy today and if I venture out I may melt like the wicked witch of the west! LOL.. [;)]   Although a walk in the rain sounds nice! [:)] [;)]

OK... I have just walked down the path and taken a stick and raised said branches and it seems to have multiple branches or trunks coming out of the ground.. tis not singular!

According to your definition s which are so similar,..LOL I think Shrub wins!

"Page"? I once encountered a website dedicated entirely to trilobites.
