Title: WHY THE BODY BUILDS FAT TISSUES
Post by: GBSB on 07/06/2006 23:05:06
WHY THE BODY BUILDS FAT TISSUES
Each time when the body as a whole, or parts of the body, is unintentionally exposed to some degree of small physical strain, the body feels discomfort and to eliminate this discomfort, the body starts to build fat tissues with the intention that next time; it will be able to do the same activity without discomfort.

Unintentional strain caused by poor physical balance and poor body posture is responsible for building fat tissues.

If we do some activity and we unintentionally expose our body to some bigger degree of strain, in this case, our mind immediately reacts and we start to be aware of this strain, and we will immediately start to do the necessary things to avoid this strain.

One thing that we can do is to stop doing this activity which causes strain.
Another thing that we can try is to do the same activity, but in such a way that we do not expose our body to strain.
The third thing that we can do is to continue with this activity, but in this case, we are intentionally exposing our body to some level of strain and the metabolism will start to build muscle tissues.

But if we unintentionally expose our body (or some part of the body) to some degree of small strain, (which is not registered by the mind) and we are not aware of this strain (for example, the strain caused by performing activities with poor balance), we will continue with this activity.
Continuing with this activity has the effect of continuing the presence of small strain.
This small strain is not registered by our mind, but registered by a self defense mechanism of the body, and to protect the body from small strains, the metabolism builds fat tissues.
This means that the self defense mechanism of the body is responsible for building fat tissues.

To avoid building fat tissues, we need to avoid unintentional strain.

To avoid unintentionally strain, we need to improve our body posture and physical balance of the body.

Metabolism doesn’t build fat to storage energy.
Metabolism builds fat to protect the body from small strain which is not registered by the mind.

This small strain is caused by habitually maintaining a poor body posture, and habitually doing every day physical activity with poor physical balance.

Poor body posture and poor physical balance of the body is responsible for overweight and obesity and as well, for many illnesses.

Just slightly improvement in body posture and improvement in physical balance of the body will quickly bring positive consequence for weight and shape of the body with some degree of rejuvenation of the whole body and as well will improve physical and mental wellbeing.

I suppose bad posture could reduce bloodflow and allow fat to form easier in certain locations on the body.

Why does body fat form symmetrically on the body? By this theory, wouldn't it form in patches? Shouldn't fat accumulate in the lower back, feet or shoulders where strain is greater from bad posture - not the stomache?

Hi, xetho

Thank you for your comments and questions. I will try to answer as best as I can.

Body fat does not form symmetrically on the body because small strain caused by poor body posture is not spread symmetrically on the body.
For example, incorrect body posture in sitting position causes small strain in the waistline and in the abdomen.

Incorrect body posture is responsible for building fat around the waistline and as well for many poor medical conditions like diabetes, because weight of the upper part of the body putts pressure on the waistline, abdomen and on most internal organs.

Factors which causes building fat around waistline and on the abdomen is responsible for many poor medical conditions which correlate with the existence of excessive fat around the waistline.

Fat around the waistline does not cause poor medical conditions but poor medical conditions and fat around waistline are caused by the same factor and that is strain which is not registered by the mind (because it is a small degree of strain) but is registered by self defense mechanism and response from self defense mechanism is to build fat on this part of the body with the intention to protect this part of the body.

Many people have excessive fat around the waistline but do not have poor medical condition and the reason for that is that they have a good level of physical strength of the body.
Good level of physical strength of the body is able to protect internal organs from the small strain from  for some period of time.
In the case of poor physical strength of the body the presence of the small strain (which is not registered by the mind) in short time will cause  poor medical conditions (diabetes, etc).

To reverse building fat on the body is necessary to improve physical strength of the body, physical balance of the body and maintain proper body posture

Validity of this theory is easy to prove in real life.

How we challenge the pull of gravity, determines the weight and shape of our body.

Thank you for any future comment and/or question.
