when hydrogen atom is formed by the combination of electron and proton initially separated by in finite distance energy is released and hence hydrogen atom is expected to be stable but it is highly unstable because it stabilizes itself by combining with other hydrogen atom with release of bond energy .Why is it so?What is the source of bond energy?
