Um... but this isn't "using ammonia as a fuel" as far as I can make out. It's using a metal amine complex to store hydrogen, the hydrogen then being used as a fuel... presumably the hydrogen is complexed to the metal (displacing some of the ammonia??) when under pressure of H2 and released to a fuel cell for use.
Sadly, I can't get at RSC journals unless I'm on a university networked machine, so I can't see the details.
I'm not sure what your point is?

When one talks of hydrogen then he can talk of ammonia......
This complex is an hydrogen storage through ammonia and the article says this, have you read it?..

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what your answer means.
As I said above, no, I haven't read the article since it's a journal article and accessible only to subscribers. I've read the article summary, which is interesting but makes no mention of ammonia as a fuel.
If you have access to the article it would be nice if you could summarise it here (what the complexes are they're talking about using, maybe an outline of their methods..) since the vast majority of users of this forum do not have access to academic journals.

My opinion is that it's not particularly difficult.
Hydrogen is produced from ammonia, is it a problem?
Ammonia is released from this ammine...
1 litre of Mg(NH3)6Cl2 releases 1 litre of liquid ammonia(1.2 m3 of hydrogen at room temperature) and weights 1.2 kg!
The vapur pressure of ammonia at room temperature is 0.002 atm,
this ammine can be handled!!!

You have an easy dream..hydrogen storage !
