my eye wont stop twitching and i want to know why. and how to stop it

I get the same thing!  I'm not sure if there's a 'cure', but I find if I try to show someone it seems to stop.  This could be because I'm concentrating on that area, and so taking more control over the twitching muscles, but I'm really not sure.

It's often just fatigue. I get this a lot and my optician recommended a beauty mask that you pop in the freezer. You then wear this cold eye mask for about 20 minutes - doing this regularly helps, apparently. I'm a bit lazy about doing it but it does, at least, stop the twitching.
