Dear ECGologists,
As ewe can see I have , what appears to be a perfectly happy heartbeat (which is nice)..
But, my heart rate was 56 !..it should be 60...Could this have been because of the Nitrazepam I took the night before ?

Hi Neily..I always thought that sleep itself loweed the heart rate . Everything slows down in sleep.. So it would make me think it might help to slow it in order to put the body at rest. I of course am not a Doctor but perhaps this post will get a doctor to reply and correct me and my uneducated opinion or guess!
That read out looks rather sluggish in spots!
Awwwwww..."Never Be Lonely"
