Paul asked the Naked Scientists:
If phytoplankton has decreased by 40% in the past 50 years, should governments be breeding and farming phytoplankton?
I don't suppose the fishing industry would be interested in doing it because it would not be a money making venture in itself, even if down stream it had spin offs.
What do you think?
