Alan Yates asked the Naked Scientists:
I wanted to know if there are better times of the day for learning and processing information ? I have a long commute by car and I have found that when I listen to the Naked Scientists podcast (http://www.thenakedscientists.com/HTML/podcasts/) in the morning, I will retain and remember facts and figures much better than if I listened on my afternoon trip home.
Is this just because I may be more alert in the morning or is there a physiological reason behind this ?
Thanks,
Alan from Sydney
