hi all! well here is my problem and question:-
I know that millions of people in the world suffer from neck pains. I myself have constant pain in the backside of my neck. I try not to bend my head down too much anymore and keep it straight up - but still it doesnt go away!
Can someone tell me WHY this happens CONstantly? If i move my head up or down, it hurts my neck bone. Why and how would i solve this problem. Responses will be greatly appreciated.

Pain in the back of the neck is often associated with whiplash. If it is, or you think it may be, the pain should dissapear of its own accord within a few months.

Very true paddy and one could also include computer screen whiplash, if I could be allowed to coin a new phrase? My neck often gives me fits after a steady 2 or 3 hour session on my computer. Just a thought my friend..........Infy
