not necessarily, someone could be poisoning her with arsenic [:)] ...
Acute arsenic poisoning causes a metallic taste in the mouth, excessive saliva production and problems swallowing. The next stage is to suffer vomiting and diarrhoea coupled with garlic-like breath, stomach cramps and excessive sweating.

Tellurium or selenium poisoning could also explain the garlic breath, so it looks like you killed her for the wrong reason.
Worse than that, you missed the apostrophe and most of the capital letters.

My goodness, either she isn't a vampire and was eating some garlic, or she IS a vampire and you're not the only one trying to kill her as she has apparently been poisoned!
Now if she is a vampire and you jabbed her and she did not turn into dust, she could have a particularly serious case of dextrocardia (a congenital condition in which the heart is located on the right side of the thorax). Your best bet it to just poke around in there a few times to make sure you hit the heart. If she still doesn't turn into dust, you have bigger issues than her not being a vampire to consider at this juncture.

I am kidding of course, and in no way shape or form am I actually encouraging this. Just for laughs...
