Should one purchase fake ID from Spammers?]

Kikidone seems to have some difficulty working out into which area his post should fit !

Possessing such items, even without trying to use them, can get you jail-time in the UK ...
Annex - text of sections 25 and 26 of the Identity Cards Act 2006
(5) It is an offence for a person to have in his possession or under his control, without reasonable excuse
(a) an identity document that is false
(7) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (5) shall be liable.
(a) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine, or to both (b) on summary conviction in England and Wales, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both
(c) on summary conviction in Scotland or Northern Ireland, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both

I would say that there are many reasons not to deal with SPAMMERS, especially with respect to Fake ID's.
Not only is it illegal, but these are not "legitimate" businesses. You won't know the quality of their work until after you've paid, and may not discover it until you've actually handed your fake to a law enforcement officer.
And there is no guarantee that these fly-by-night companies will even send the ID to you. They may just take your money then vanish.
And never, never, never send any personal ID to a forger. Send a Visa account number, and you should expect them to start selling it. Send a check, and expect them to copy it hundreds, or thousands of times. Send valid ID, and expect identity theft.
Not to mention the risk of implicating yourself in a sting operation.
