Title: how far can you dilute bleach until is nolonger kils 99% of all germs?

Suppose, just suppose i was a miser and topped up a spray bottle with bleach and water to clean the bath, etc. At what rate of dilution would the properties of the bleach be so weak that it no longer killed those germs?
