Hello Everyone! oops! Its very nice to be here. I m a Dr. and senior rugby player too. I am here to share and to learn with you about some best diet formulas!

I have been working out in gym for last two weeks.
I own 149 lbs today and two weeks b4.
As I workout hard in gym and do a lot of fasting.
But, my weight doesn't go down for last two weeks. It should go down as I am working hard....Why it doesn't??
I am so worried, if I remain the same.
I wanna loose my weight up to 120 lbs.
I will be appreciate if any one helps me suggesting a perfect diet formula.
Am I going wrong....???
Thanks.

Well first of all you are working out and you will be increasing muscle mass tone and weight... as you build your muscles.. this is common when you temporarilly stop loosing weight.. when you build muscles from exercise they weigh more. continue on and the weight will start coming off again.

Be sure your not fasting too much or your body will go into starvation mode storing fat resevoirs because it thinks it is starving. Our bodies need protein and carbs to function properly, but in the right amounts for a person of your sex and age... do speak with a nutritionalist to help you determine your proper caloric intake and healthy work out routine will be wonderful for you.

Don't overtrain your body, ever. Particularly when you are just starting. It can be quite catabolic which is made worse (if you are over training) by you fasting.
