Maybe this shouldnt be in new theories, But I have an idea for a forum.
Where people choose which language they want to write and read in, thus allowing all peoples of all languages to take part.
Basically the forum will translate all posts into your language of choice.
So you would have the same forum copied into every language, making it accessable to all people arround the world to converse and discuss different issues and ideas.
Would probably need moderators and translators for each language included.
