Have you spoken with your doctor?
I note that you are also complaining about recent migraines – the two together do sound like it may well be worth discussing with your doctor.
They could be simply down to something like stress, or a dietary thing, but it might be something more serious also, and it would be worthwhile asking your local GP about it.

I gradually lost my hair when I was around 30yrs, but there is nothing strange about it: my two brothers did the same, like our father and grandfather...
But it is different in women, where hair loss is quite rare but, most of all, easily curable.
Do not worry and please do follow another_someone's advice.
It might be iron deficiency or low thyroid function, for example: both are fixed in a few weeks by magic pills and you'll have your beautiful hair again. Lucky you!
Take care

Female hormones can cause hair loss, e.g. after pregnancy:-
" Post-pregnancy Fallout
After the baby comes, don’t be surprised if all that beautiful new growth begins to fall out. Many women notice increased shedding from about 3 to 6 months after delivery, which is simply a sign of the body adjusting as hormone levels return to normal. It may take a couple of hair growth cycles (up to several years) before your texture completely returns to normal, especially if you wear your hair long. "
