Title: Why does a warm bath leave me feeling so relaxed?

when you done hot water bath you fee very relaxed after that bath. Do you know how the science involved in this feeling. If you experienced this feeling. Then you must read this article.

I've often though that it's ironic that we resort to a warm bath to "chill out"...
