Title: Whatever happened to Mary Poppins?

Why.

Is it because it's British, well, sort of?

You wanna keep it for yourself, do you...

Or, is she dead?

She stopped singing for a long time because she had nodes on her vocal chords and the operation to remove them did not go well. She has only just decided to perform again but won't be hitting the notes she used to do.

Got to love it. I'm writing a play called a wonderful Death based on this story but different. A guy is dying and realises that if he had never been born he really wouldn't have been missed so he sets about trying to make a difference to one person's life before he dies. Good eh (copy right the Make it Lady)
