I have just started to use Ortho K contact lenses and I am looking for a way to keep them clean and safe. I wear them at night and see great during the day. The stuff recommended by my eye Dr doesn't seem to work. Should I use ultrasound or stronger chemicals?

And recommendations for cleaning.

Bur really, you should discuss this with your Doctor, not us.
But as far as I can see you should only use the recommended cleaning substance.
And if you feel irritations talk to your Doctor about it.
The lenses will be clean if you follow the instructions.
