I drop a 1kg weight from a meter in height and it decelerates to a stop in 0.1 of a meter (total distance travelled 1.1 meters)
What force is applied to the impact object?
What force is applied to the falling object? (assuming no deformation)
All assuming no air resistance and no bouncing
