Biography:

Retired scientist and engineer. Worked mostly in EMI Central Research Labs (later CRL Ltd). Skills; Innovation, physics, electronics, signal processing both civil and military. Full CV on website. Very interested in Evolutionary processes. Originated the concept of evolutionary philosophy more than ten years ago which has itself evolved through evolutionary metaphysics to Evolutionary cosmology.
