Can you do some isometrics? Do some things that required your body working against itself!Pushing and pulling things to and away from your stomach.

These are sit ups but they are different and break the monotony!

sit on your sofa, backwards,tuck your feet into the back of sofa under cushions. Then using your feet to keep your body locked into position, lean back and begin doing your sit ups leaning back down over the couch head towards floor and sit back up no hands... do them regularly several times a day... it will build your stomach muscles fast!

JUst don't let your head rest on the floor don't quite touch it, come back up before you touch the floor. This requires your back and stomach muscles to support your upper torso when inclined and to pull it back up into position elbow so knees! Do 50 then work your way up. If you find them hard do 20 and work up. I used to do 100 a night before my kids and after them it helps the tummy muscles real good! Just be careful and don't overdo it!

Yeah I've been doing about 50 Haha. Expect the couch is so tall so I used the bed. But not the mattress that's way to tall. Then I do 40ish push ups then 40 sit ups and then 30 push ups. haha.

I'm gonna look so good next summer its not gonna be funny. I don't know if I should even go swimming unless its at someones house. Haha. Oh man track and soccer are gonna be amazing. I'm gonna be so fit its gonna be so great. I hope I getta play some Varsity next year. The varisty coach didn't think I'd be to good, but half way throue the season the varstiry coach told the jv coach how good i am and how i might be playing both vj and varsity next year. Haha. Great stuff.

Well humor is great, but there is a point when a parent has to be a parent and be all tough cause thats what you need at the time... maybe not what you want or what he wants, but a must just the same!

I picked up the phone and had to dial some numbers to obtain this six pack delivered from my local supermarket.

...and my phone is heavy !!...and pressing numbers is tricky too !!.....but ...by doing those exercises..I obtained a six pack !!

Techinically, you do already have a six pack...good old rectus abdominalis and its (somewhat vestigial) segmentation...Just (presumably) not one that is yet visible externally. :)

haha yeah that's true, but I wanna see um! lol.

But most the time you can't see the bottom ones cuz I've just got extra skin and you've got to like pull it down. Anyone know what I'm talkiong about? I haven't lost no weight and I know it ain't fat. Its just weird. I must be to skinny/..
