Well I am curious why. I barely bump a swollen area on my foot and it bruises like crazy?

When you bruise..a blood vessel inside of you pops..causing the blood to gush out..causing colours. The body the re-absorbs the blood into the stream, whic explains the colour changes

and i learnt that when i was 9  ;D
