abdominal muscles?

I think its 10% body fat..Im not sure.

I see. That'd be coool if it was cuz then I'm less then that. Haha. Thee only fat I have on my like whole body is on my back on the sides. and yeah its starting to make me depressed me off cuz I don't know how to get ride of it.

Its not just fat that stops you getting a six pack. Theres two other main factors. Diet and rest. You can train an train all you want, but if you eat burgers and drink coke all day youl never get that six pack.
If your serious about getting a six pack (its REALLY hard work) Id reccomed having a look through the internet at some tips and tricks. Or have a word with th guy at the gym. Remember you must get rest aswell as eat well and exercise. and remember, water is te best liquid you can drink, it also helps you loose weight!

Haha. Well I havne't had MacDonalds for the last heck a year now. And don't drink much pop and eat that much food. I do have a six pack right now that you can see purdy well. BUt I've got to flex it out lol..

Not much food? Bad move. You need 6 a day..small meals. If your seeing results, and feel comfortable with your regiem, keep at it  :P

Yeah haha. The only think I'm afraid of is girls wanting me when i go swimming next summer, cuz i'm already taken. Lol. And yeah i'm purdy happy about them. just a little further and it'd be great.

Hum..Why can't I see the bottom 2 that well? I mean the other 4 you don't even have to let me flex to see, but them bottom too. And how odd is this..I have rolls and a six pack at the same time. Is that just like extra skin or something?

I'm pretty sure that the bottom row of muscles are longer and thicker than the others above it, so it would require more work to define them. Also fat is more easily (does that make sense?) stored in the middle of the abdomen (hence the "spare tire" or "muffin top") Which could also be a problem with the definition you are trying to achieve.
