Muscle pain after contraction?
« on: 07/01/2008 19:31:50 »
Hey guys. I was wondering the other day, i tensed my leg, and kept it tensed for a few seconds, and my muscle started to ACHE. This happens on my other leg also, but doesnt happen to my arms or hands?
I get a sensation in my leg sometimes where it feels like the blood has been cut off..and my feet and lower legs go very light, and i have to tense my leg muscles to get that feeling to go away.

Any suggestions on what this might be?

Thanks
