Exercise is very good thing for body's external as well as internal health. It must be in routine and normal. Excess of exercise may dissolve your body cells abnormally which could be harmful for body.

Exercise is good. I agree. I still use hand grips etc to try to keep muscle tone in my arms etc. Leg lifts etc. for my legs as much as I can. walking as much as possible.. Its been real little since last may as I have been very sick.. But I hope to be able to change that!
