Why would 0% radioactivity be harmful to us?
Apparently there needs to be a little of it, otherwise its harmful to have too little..
Maybe it's just nature?

The issue is speculative.

We really don't know what happens at ultra low radiation levels, but since it has always been with us, it can reasonably be assumed not to cause undue harm, and might be beneficial (i.e. if it has always been with us, would we not have attuned out biology to work best with it there, so one can imagine that an environment without that radiation would be an unnatural environment).

I have heard speculation that low level radiation might be useful in killing slightly damaged cells, so preventing those slightly damaged cells from running amok; but whatever it is, there is no real substantive evidence on the matter at this time - it is merely speculation.

Would we "feel different" if there was no radiation?

If you count UVB radiation from the Sun, it stimulates Vitamin D production in the skin, which is beneficial if exposure isn't too great. It's not atmospheric  radioactivity, but it's still radiation.
