I hope you do well but pamper those legs and ankles over the weekend get them ready and don't hurt yourself even more... Make sure you take care of your body even if it means stopping so you don't cause permanent damage! better to miss one thing or two then never compete again.. Just make sure you are alright for the events!

Well maybe if you bicycle a bit you will feel better.. its a good way to relieve stress. Put your mind into something new or keep busy that helps...

Go take some pictures of some cool things and post them.. things you might see in that 11 mile ride.. cool sites .. cows fields... beauty somewhere.

Last Track Meet Tonight and after this no more practices. Unless our 4 by 8 team is acutally good? Or I run the mile super fast, ha, but I'm purdy sure after tonight it will be all over for the summer.

Now all I have to do is keep running, jogging, riding my bike, and not just sitting on the computer all day. I wanan keep it up so I'll be freaking amazing next year ha.

Your welcome... hey I will miss your track updates... and your posts!

Hey Ryan my youngest is in basic traing.... he is in the top 5 of  the fastest runners in his Battalion.. alpha. they break them into three groups, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie. Alpha being top 30 fastest runners in the company.  He said it doesnt take much  to be in much better shape then most of the young men there as far as physical fitness.
He said, " I should have joined the Marine core!"   "Its too bad!" " I'm smarter then that, joining the Marine core that is!"  He ran the 2 mile in 11 minutes 14 seconds..... Is that good???

He is also top 30

Thanks.. I am not good about judging the time...

well he turned twenty on April 19 last month!
 He is homesick already..He has 25 more days where he is, and then they fly him to South Carolina until September!. (he end of his first 6 months....then they send him to school for 2 years. Then they will deploy him for anther 5 years...
he was thinking He wanted to do two years in Afganistan... but I think he has changed his mind.. so we will see where he ends up.
