Are pellet stoves more efficient?
« on: 16/04/2008 20:14:03 »
I have read the article "Pellet Stove Reviews" located on ..... resource
and was impressed enough with the fact:
Pellet stoves produce small fires, that burn hot and they work well in homes as well as apartments or condo. When compared to a traditional wood burning stove, a pellet stove is way more convenient to run and the their heating and combustion efficiencies are much higher.

Are there other grounds for using pellets stoves?

I love pellet stoves. thewy do heat well. sometimes can cause some messy creasote dripping if you don,t diligently use the stuff for cleaning the pipes.

they are easier to buy several bags of fuel and store in in decorative vboxes instead of having five or six cords of wood piled on your porch or the shed 50 ft away .. through the rain.. ect.. no chopping wood.. or hauling it.. no wood permits ect... woooo whooooo!!! I love them.. i thought they were safer then burning big quanities of wood and inhaling all the cabons.. I hear they are more efficent and healthier for our lungs!

Pellet stoves may be all well and good. But i think this topic is more about advertising, therefore i have removed the link that was in the original post.
