My dad's chilli and my lazana I make are always better for the second serve. And it keeps getting better and better until it starts getting old. Haha, it probably is all personal preferences, but there must be a reason.

Thanks

As a sheep I of course know everything there is to know about cooking !

If i understand ewe correctly ewe are meaning when ewe reheat it the next day ?.....if that is is indeed what ewe mean then it's a simple matter of the flavours continuing to marinade the meat and pasta.

You'll also find that upon reheating ewe are driving off even more water which therefore serves to concentrate the flavours even more so !!...water, after all dilutes...and when ewe reheat ewe're just increasing the flavour !

It's the same with soups and stews.
