Father Ted moments

Father Ted has to be 1 of the funniest series ever to appear on British television. I feel sorry for Americans if they never got to see it.

I thought it might be nice to collect a few of our favourite Father Ted moments here so we can look at them and have a little chuckle. I'll start.

Father Ted: He gets a kind of waxy build up in his ears.
Father Dougal: Yeah, but it's good though, in a way, cos we never run short of candles.

Father Ted: Fascists dress in black and go around telling people what to do, whereas priests... more drink!

Father Ted: What was it he used to say about the needy? He had a term for them...
Father Dougal: A shower of bas**rds.

I like the Holy Swearing video, but I'd best no post a link as it's not exactly child-friendly!

Mrs Doyle (offering Jack a cup of tea): And what would you say to a cup?
Father Jack: FEK OFF CUP!

The Holy souvenirs including the selotape dispenser that said, "You have just used 2cms of selotape, god bless you."

Fred really likes the rabbits in Father Jack's bedroom.

I liked the automatic Jack wheelchair. The one with the whiskey bottle hanging just out of Jack's reach so that he moved the wheels himself trying to get the bottle.
