Hi,

I have realised clothes stained with cooking oil tend to give out a pungent smell when left over night in a bucket of detergent solution why is this so?
Is there anyway we could remove oil from clothes?

Thanks.

Try adding baking soda to the wash water. I did this to remove the smell of oily perfume and fabric softener from my clothes.
