Ricardo Hernandez Lopez asked the Naked Scientists:

Hi,
I like telescopes and I was thinking that telescopes and antennas are very similar.

I was wondering if a Cassegrain antenna exists and if is used in some commercial applications.

Thanks,

Ricardo

What do you think?

I have just looked at some pics I took at Goonhilly and one antenna (Guinevere) has a Cassegrain feed. Another (Arthur) has not.
