I mean this in an all in one muscle or group..

Because tonight, two hours before dark I was really ANGRY and MAD so I went outside to cool down and decided to pull out dried up old briar's off my barn!

In the process I must have pulled something, because I had to come in cause I was not feeling to hot...(stupid move) but after sitting, I found that I was rather stuck in my chair....My palm is killing me, right side, arm shoulder and my back, is hurting on the lower right hand side down into my buttocks.. feels like the muscle shortened up and is stuck..

When I try to walk and I already walk with a walker..the pain and pulled feeling runs down my outer thigh and inner thigh hip area feels out of joint! It goes clear down into my calf, And my right foot and hurts square in the middle of the pad of my foot and inside there?

Could I have pulled a single muscle or a series?

Short of going back to the hospital what does one suggest.. I spent half of yesterday in the hospital.. and am about done with the whole thing!

So heat and cold or just heat.. or what....? What do you think?

Yep... Sitting sideways in my chair! off to the right! I think my neck is involved also as it feels like I have a steel bar in it running up behind my right ear!

Well First I let myself get Mad with a home situation..

Then I went outside to cool off...

I decided to pull briars... tomorrow I will post a picture if I can....So I was pulling breaking tugging with my good right arm... and at the point of no return I was bent over holding a 10 or 12 foot long clump of briars and I was trying to pull it out by the roots! It came out and I went backwards and fell into my walker.. but I got the sucker out of the ground!

Problem being when I got up.. And tried to stand straight something went haywire and creak off to the right I went.. then had to drag my walker and me back through the jungle to the house!  That's about it.. although there was pulling and breaking for approximately two hours before the pull and fall back...

My best guess is that you have hurt your back and the rest is reffered pain.
Of course, I don't mind if it turns out that my guess is wrong.
My best advice is that, if it doesn't sort itself out quickly, you should go and see a doctor.

My guess is likely to be wrong but I doubt that my advice will turn out to be wrong.

Damage to the sciatic nerve could cause referred pain in lower back, buttock, thigh, calf and foot, (not arm though).

Quote
Sciatica is a set of symptoms including pain that may be caused by general compression and/or irritation of one of five nerve roots that give rise to the sciatic nerve, or by compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve itself. The pain is felt in the lower back, buttock, and/or various parts of the leg and foot. In addition to pain, which is sometimes severe, there may be numbness, muscular weakness, and difficulty in moving or controlling the leg. Typically, the symptoms are only felt on one side of the body.
