AGH this is confusing

can anyone explain that to me?
added up the area of the individual peices = 32
but doing 1/2(hb) the top triangle has an area of 32.5 or IM SO CONFUSED

The diagonal on the bottom one only LOOKS straight. Take a close peek.

Yeah the triangles don't have the same angles as each other. I canít find my calculator at the mo... So I can't do cos-1 because im to retarded. They use a big thick line to trick your eye. It's not even a puzzle it's just how you can arrange them???

Sneaky eh? One is slightly concave, the other slightly convex.

chimera yeah thatís a good one, although if you use your peripheral vision it doesn't work?? Spose your brain doesnít try and fill in detail then.
