In India it is harm to say but this notion looks like under developed when it stands before Japan and USA etc what is the reason behind this??? :o :o

Western nations such as the UK cannot criticize India over it's use of fossil fuels and Barack Obama has only just started to drag the USA into a more environmentally friendly phase. If anyone is to blame for India and China's pollution levels, it is the west's appetite for cheap goods.

Perhaps if the west paid the true value for the goods it imports from the likes of India & China, they wouldn't create so much pollution and the people of the likes of Mumbai would not live in such abject poverty.

I think even in growth of population, and more pollution
