How do you clean silver nitrate off skin? Or do you just have to wait until it wears off?

If you mean the dark stains (of elementary silver) that AgNO3 leaves in the skin, I think it's quite difficult.

If it is a small area you can remove the surface layer of skin with sand paper crude but it works. If you were thinking of redissolving the silver with something HNO3 you may be able to do that but you will have dead yellow skin.
