What?
The ionisation enthalpy (or potential) is the amount of energy required to remove an electron(s) from an isolated atom to form a cation.

It's not really a statement and it's not clearly important. It's just word salad which seems to be a speciallity of Raghavendra's

Hmmmmmmmm, interesting. Just when I thought I already knew everything.

Most of which I do not understand. However, it occurred to me that in addition to all these mysterious uses, ionic liquids might serve one very practical industrial use: as a cutting lubricant in machine shops. They would clean up easy with water.
