Does the moon turn clockwise, or anti-clockwise?

It depends where you view it from ...

e.g. if viewed from its north pole Earth rotates anticlockwise
if viewed from its south pole Earth rotates clockwise

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celestial_pole

The question could be rephrased
"Do Earth and the Moon rotate in the same direction about their respective axes ?"
as its answer would be consistent no matter the viewpoint of the observer.

This site has the moon rotating anti-clockwise as seen from the north pole perspective...

(i.e. in the same direction as Earth's rotation about its axis)

as the rotation of the Moon is virtually locked to that of the Earth when the Earth rotates anticlockwise (viewed from above the north pole)so does the Moon.

The moon always shows the same side towards earth. That is only possible if the moon rotates in the same direction that it orbits. Try this with one fist going around the other fist to see what is happening.

Most large objects in the Solar System are rotating in the same sense.
