I have just bought white tiger as I got so bored waiting for the BBC to put some of its latest books on e-book format that I started reading my Mums book about the contents of the Queens handbag. I shall tell you what I think after the summer hols when I've read it.

I have been reading this "The righteous Among The Nations Rescuers of Jews during the Holocoust"  By Paldiel.I have laid this aside for awhile, to bring in some comic relief  as it makes me so sad to read about so much carnage and killing torture and horrible atrocities.. I will finish this book in sections,,,
Any Light hearted quick reading suggestions to break up my other reading.. something happier and funny perhaps?

OK I didn't even start white tiger as the new Torchwood books came out so I'm reading Into the Silence which is about a monster that is stealing the vocal chords from people entering a singing competition in Wales. I luff monsters and sci-fi. I will read white tiger...honest.

Chapter two and I love the illustraations in the combo book... This version is suppose to include two sections that are not in the original two books.. one on Time travel and one on worm holes also with updates on  Theoretical and observational results that were accumulated after first publication in 1988.

So far I like how easy it has been to understand.. pretty nice for me.. very simple and the illustrations do help to illuminate things better!

Already read Adventures in the Atomic Age by Glenn Seaborg

Recently read Splendid Solution: Jonah Salk and the Conquest of Polio

Now reading Theories of the World from Antiquity to the Copernican Revolution

Starting way back and moving up.. Nice. have you enjoyed the two you already read, so far.....?

Is it an old Archie comic or do they still make them?
Is the Restaurant at the end of the Universe a science fiction book? I assume it is with that title. How is the read, and who is the Author?

At the moment I'm reading Turn Left at Orion by Guy Consolmagno and Dan M. Davis.

I've also got the final chapter of A Briefer History of Time by Stephen Hawking to finish.
