OK!!!!!!!! :)

George, Helen, and Steve are drinking coffee.
Bert, Karen, and Dave are drinking soda.
Using logic, is Elizabeth drinking coffee or soda? ;)

“MT” … oops, no… that’s “container condition”, not “candy”
“CD” …hold on, that’s a “kind of character”, not “candy”
“GO” — rats, that’s a “compact car”, not “candy”
“XL” Argh!  That’s a “computer calculator”, not “candy”
“AU” nope, wrong again… That’s a “conversation commencement”, not “candy”
“B9” … no, wait, that’s “cancer”, not “candy” (and it uses a number)
“LK” …oh, wait a minute, that’s “custom countertops” (and a shameless plug), not “candy”
“BZ” is a “constant commotion”, but not for “candy”
“AA” but that’s a cuddly Cheirogaleidae, and not a “candy” at all!
“KL” almost.  That “cabbage cousin”, but not “candy”
“QT” uh … no. That’s “coy comment”, not “candy”
“NME” but that’s a “combatant”, not “candy” (and it’s 3 letters)
“AL” … well, that’s a “confusing concoction”, not “candy”
“BH” Naughty, naughty.  A “colleen’s crude cognomen”, but no, not “candy”
“PL” very close.  A “citrus circumference”, no “candy” though

I’m undone.  I feel unable to plow through all 676 (26²) combinations.

Sorry but all wrong :P

BenV bets Daveshorts $100 that he can predict the score of the hockey game before it starts. Daveshorts agrees, but loses the bet. Why did Daveshorts lose the bet? ;)

The obvcious reasdon is that BenV won the bet; he did predict the score.
I can predict the score of the hockey match before it starts.
I predict it  will be 3:2 to the home side.
Of course, my prediction might be hopelessly wrong, but it's still a prediction.

... the score of the hockey game before it starts.

0 - 0 ?,  before the game starts no goals have been scored.

A woman shoots her husband.
Then she holds him under water for over 5 minutes.
Finally, she hangs him.
But 5 minutes later they both go out together and enjoy a wonderful dinner together.
How can this be? ;)

She could be a photographer processing prints of her husband in a wet darkroom.

Thank you RD! :)

A magician was boasting one day at how long he could hold his breath under water. His record was 6 minutes. A kid that was listening said, "that's nothing, I can stay under water for 10 minutes using no types of equipment or air pockets!" The magician told the kid if he could do that, he'd give him $10,000. The kid did it and won the money. Can you figure out how? ;)

"EZ"
That's it!!  Candy makes women easy!  [:0] Right?!  Or something like that.   ???

I got it .... "Candy is dandy, but liquor is quicker."

 ;D ;D  I won!  ;D ;D I won!!  ;D ;D

See,  I was really close on my last two previous guesses.

"BH" is rude, and so is this candy-is-dandy thing, and then "PL" is almost like candy.

So I was really really close.  I knew it, I knew it!!  Awesome!!!  Do I get the prize?   :P :P :P

Ah....VERY worked out. I had to sit for an hour to come to the same conclusion.

.... ... oh hum... .... i'm always the last to give the answer lol

Did he place a bucket of water on his head?

No, that wouldn't work because he was still holding his breath for 10 minutes.

What about if he was holding his breath in a balloon? Push the balloon under water for 10 minutes and he's 10 Grand better off.

What d'ya think, Omid? Am I right?

What is black when you buy it, red when you use it, and gray when you throw it away? ;)
