A jumper?

oooooo smarty [8D]

It goes up, but at the same time goes down. Up toward the sky, and down toward the ground. It's present tense and past tense too, come for a ride, just me and you. What is it?

What does man love more than life? Fear more than death or mortal strife? What do the poor have, what the rich require, And what contented men desire? What does the miser spend, the spendthrift save, And all men carry to their graves?

That's great, but I think the better version of it is this:
"What came before God, is greater than God, is worse than the demon, rich people have it, poor people need it, if you eat it you die ?"

Although I do not much agree with the fact that rich people need nothing.

Just for your information, they gave this question to K.G students and kids, and 95% answered it correctly, and they gave it to after-graduates, and only 5% answered it correctly!!! I am not kidding.

oh yeah
omid was in her 7th standard when omid hear this one but never find the answer to it
what's it???????

Mom?

THANK YOU Doppler1 :)

Neilep, BenV, Doppler1, DiscoverDave, and RD entered a contest to guess how many jelly beans are in a jar. Neilep guessed 30, BenV guessed 28, Doppler1 guessed 29, DiscoverDave guessed 25, and RD guessed 26. Two were off the mark by 1, one was wrong by 4, and one by 3. But one was correct. How many jelly beans are in the jar at the store?  ;)

Doppler 1 (29)

You Bravo [8D]

There are four "common" English words that end in "dous".
Two are positive: tremendous, stupendous and two are negative: horrendous, ?
What is the fourth word? ;)

If it's somewhere in the words below, then it's "a roll of the dice" as to which it is.  Any "chance" that you might "risk" another hint so as to remove this "obstacle" before us?

While you ponder this discordous among us, I'll go blendous some frondous for my salad tonight, although I might need to drive my hybridous to the store for more splendidous food, which might make me tardigradous for your reply (don't worry, I won't get schizopodous over it, but the food will certainly fill my stomatopodous, and I would end up turgidous).

amphipodous, anarthropodous, annelidous, apodous, arthropodous, blendous, brachiopodous, brachypodous, branchiopodous, centifidous, curculionidous, deccapodous, discordous, frondous, gasteropodous, gastropodous, haemapodous, heteropodous, hexapodous, horrendous, hybridous, infandous, infecundous, iodous, isopodous, jeopardous, laemodipodous, lemuridous, ligniperdous, macropodous, mesomyodous, molybdous, multinodous, nefandous, neuropodous, niggardous, nodous, olidous, palladous, pelecypodous, peristeropodous, phyllopodous, polymyodous, pteropodous, pygopodous, rhizopodous, schizopodous, solipedous, splendidous, steganopodous, stomatopodous, stupendous, surquedous, tardigradous, timidous, trachelipodous, tremendous, turgidous, vanadous

Omid is so glad to say that omid's word is NONE of them :D
