Can you imagine jumping into a bath of set jelly. It would make that squelching noise. How brill.

I have and I jumped into a pool of Jello and rolled around in it with the kids... It was fun and squishy and a very cool sensation......

I'm backing away in terror to escape from the jelly people.

It is a sensory experiment that is very unusual but very stimulating to young and old! For an adult it helps you understand your infant and how a baby feels or touches, tastes smells, views,hears, and wears his food.. He/She explores it..constantly thats why children play with their food.. They are more likely to eat different foods if they are able to explore it first as that way they sample it and thus do not discount it untill its been through a regime of sensory tests to aide in their final decision.. It is very interesting.. nyou should do it with many different things.. Jello warm sticky rice in a pool,cooked pasta dried beans versus cooked, dried rice or cornmeal..etc cold water warm water slide or simply a slide which empties into pool of Jello..! You should see the children light up it is a real Hoot!
anything with good texture

No for me it is breaking through something that is set that appeals. I quite like the idea of that cornflour stuff that you can walk on but if you aggetate it,it goes all runny. GREAT.

Make it Lady, I'm searching this post for the innuendo and can't seem to find one. Are you feeling OK?

When we make that here for the Kids, we call that Gak!

.. that cornflour stuff that you can walk on but if you aggetate it,it goes all runny.

Opposite way round: agitation makes it go stiff, (so you're scientifically incorrect and missed out on an opportunity for innuendo  :) ).

When we make that here for the Kids, we call that Gak!

"Gak" in a loudspeaker ...
feature=related

If you try this at home it will probably void the warranty on your stereo.
