How does the world do it!
Im 20, slim and always have been. I eat alot, but it just...disappears or something. I think my metabolism is really high. Currently i got a waist that could make a girl jealous! i gotta change that!
Is whey protein a good idea? And how much do you even take each day?? or is there a better way?

I was about to say do you exercise too much? You could have a thyroid problem. They can be underactive or overactive. This might stop you from gaining weight. Have you had your body fat index measured? Have you been told to gain weight? Try googling "the holistic place" my friend Dave runs the site and is a dietician. I'm sure he could help but talk to your doctor first.

There is some evidence that high protein diets, such as the Atkins, make you feel full quicker than normal. I would go for more carbohydrates myself.

Chips, boiled potatos, chips, roast potatos, chips, mashed potato with butter and milk and chips might be a good dish for you.
